Human Resource Management Minor or Certificate

The human resource management minor or certificate is designed to augment the student’s undergraduate degree with a focused examination of the role of human resources in business operations. Students will explore the application of training and development, staffing and employee relations, and test development issues as they apply specifically to the role of human resource managers. The human resource management minor or certificate will provide curriculum to prepare students for a career in human resource management as generalists, specialists and managers.
