This bachelor of sciences teaching major satisfies the endorsement for family and consumer sciences teaching for career and technical education. It allows candidates to teach a wide variety of courses including leadership, child development, housing, foods, fashion, finance and more. Most teachers in FCSE also become FCCLA advisors. Because of the high demand for these teachers, graduates of this program have a very high placement rate.
