ASP 515 - Accessible Documents

Description:
Learn accessibility features of a computer software, e.g. Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Students choose software focus. May be repeated in order to learn different programs or advanced levels of functionality of programs.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

Identify accessibility issues in a specific software program.
Demonstrate analysis of accessibility in document produced from a specific software program.
Modify an existing document in a specific software program to become more accessible.
Explain the value of accessibility in a particular software program.
Audit a website for the accessibility of documents in a particular software and recommend remediation strategies.
