Description:
This course develops global leadership skills, covering leadership theories, team building, organizational climate, reward/discipline guidelines, and improving communication skills (written, presentation, and electronic), helping students evaluate and enhance their leadership potential.

Co- or prerequisite: ADMG 501.

Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Evaluate leadership potential by integrating personality preferences, communication style, conflict resolution style, worldview, and core values.
Synthesize major theories for effective leadership in a global work environment.
Apply techniques to promote effective situational leadership at multiple organizational levels.
Analyze progressive reward and discipline guidelines.
Integrate written, presentation, and electronic communication skills, while assessing current skill levels.
