ADMG 573 - Global Leadership and Communication Description: This course develops global leadership skills, covering leadership theories, team building, organizational climate, reward/discipline guidelines, and improving communication skills (written, presentation, and electronic), helping students evaluate and enhance their leadership potential.
Prerequisites: Co- or prerequisite: ADMG 501.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Evaluate leadership potential by integrating personality preferences, communication style, conflict resolution style, worldview, and core values.
- Synthesize major theories for effective leadership in a global work environment.
- Apply techniques to promote effective situational leadership at multiple organizational levels.
- Analyze progressive reward and discipline guidelines.
- Integrate written, presentation, and electronic communication skills, while assessing current skill levels.
