ANTH 315LAB - Human Skeletal Analysis Lab Description: Practical application of typical methods used in forensic and bioarchaeological investigations, with an emphasis on laboratory techniques for studying human osteological materials. Meets anthropology subfield Biological Anthropology (B). Formerly ANTH 310; students may not receive credit for both.
Prerequisites: Co-requisite: ANTH 315.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify specific skeletal features.
- Integrate several different aging methods to reconstruct the best possible age at death of an individual.
- Distinguish between several different sexing methods to correctly estimate sex.
- Measure long bones to assess stature estimation.
- Correctly determine minimum number of individuals by applying correct forensic technique.
