ASP 515 - Accessible Documents

Description:
Learn accessibility features of a computer software, e.g. Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Students choose software focus. May be repeated in order to learn different programs or advanced levels of functionality of programs.

Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

identify accessibility issues in a specific software program,
demonstrate analysis of accessibility in document produced from a specific software program,
modify an existing document in a specific software program to become more accessible,
explain the value of accessibility in a particular software program, and
audit a website for the accessibility of documents in a particular software and recommend remediation strategies.
