AGB 489 - AACSB Assessment - Food and Agribusiness Innovation Management Description: This is the end of program assessment course for the Food and Agribusiness Innovation Management program. In this course, the primary activities involve students reviewing and being assessed on skills developed in the program.
Prerequisites: Prerequisites: all other Food and Agribusiness Innovation Management, BS required courses, minimum plan GPA of 2.25, senior standing and applied for graduation. Co-requisite: AGB/ENTP 420.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- use knowledge about the unique marketing, management, economic, and policy issues, as they relate to the food and agricultural sectors,
- apply principles of marketing, economics, financial accounting, and entrepreneurship to solve problems in the food and agriculture industries with creativity and innovation,
- identify the role that innovations, by agri-food value chain actors, play in building sustainable, equitable, and inclusive agri-food systems, and
- develop entrepreneurial, innovation, marketing, and management competencies for careers in food- and agribusiness through projects and/or professional development activities.
