ETSC 581 - Virtual Construction Management Description: Students will learn to use Building Information Modeling technique, coordinate preconstruction services, create scheduling and estimating, analyze project data, communicate with project stakeholders and trades, and digitally manage construction projects.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Design and manage construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technique to include data such as a 3D model, scheduling, estimating, cost control, and life-cycle cost analysis.
- Plan construction sequences and job site management using parametric data with optimized virtual design and construction practices.
- Support communication and collaboration across the planning, design, construction, and delivery phases of a construction project.
