Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: At the organizational level, student will develop a framework and perspectives on diversity and explain how organizations approach diversity. Explain how human interactions under conditions of racial difference to enhance organizational productivity. Write a professional development plan on diversity management. Explain how organizations conduct diversity management and what are the outcomes. Explain to class members the impacts of diversity on group dynamics and leadership.
