IT 426 - Digital Systems Application Description: Digital systems tools and technologies for the non-computer science student.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Select appropriate technologies to accomplish specific tasks in a digital system
- Document goals, requirements and internal specifications of a digital system
- Conduct an informal usability test of a digital system
- Explain how accessibility can determine functionality of a digital system
- Design digital system architecture that includes appropriate security considerations
- Identify key components in development and testing and creating a working digital system
- Evaluate new technologies for use in a digital system
- Plan and budget for the implementation and maintenance of a digital system
