GEOL 487 - End-of-major Review Seminar Description: Culminating experience for students majoring in geological sciences. Students synthesize, reflect on, and prepare to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the program. Must have senior standing and intention to graduate in coming year.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: senior status and intention to graduate during the current year.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Synthesize knowledge and skills developed through the major program to propose an interpretation and make predictions about a particular geologic setting.
- Apply problem-solving skills in developing a relevant research project.
- Communicate skills and knowledge developed through the program professionally in appropriate written and oral formats.
- Reflect upon the knowledge and skills gleaned from the undergraduate experience at CWU, including General Education, the major program, and co-curricular activities.
