EFC 480 - Student Teaching Description: Teacher candidates must demonstrate their competence by student teaching a full quarter in their major endorsement area. Includes 20 hours of seminar at a time and place designated by the university supervisor. Course requires liability insurance and current WSP/FBI fingerprints that do not expire before end of quarter. Course is by permission only and requires advanced planning and application. Grade will either be S or U.
Prerequisites: Prerequisites: full admission to the Teacher Certification Program. Granted permission through the application clearance process on the Office of Field Experiences website https://www.cwu.edu/academics/field-experiences/index.php
