EDEC 307 - Equity, Culture, and Anti-bias in ECE Description: Principles of equity, cultural relevancy, and anti-bias approaches appropriate for programs serving children from birth through eight years of age.
Prerequisites: Pre-requisite: EDEC 306.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Analyze and recognize developmentally appropriate anti-bias practices in grades P-3
- Analyze best equitable, anti-bias practice(s) in reference to NAEYC, and Washington State Early Learning Standards.
- Develop equity-oriented, developmentally appropriate anti-bias lesson plans for grades P-3
