EDBL 492 - Practicum

Description:
This course will provide students with experience working in bilingual education and/or English as a second language settings. Course requires liability insurance and current WSP/FBI fingerprints that do not expire before end of quarter. May be repeated up to 15 credits. By department permission. Grade will either be S or U.

Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

schedule and perform required hours in an assigned school setting,
prepare and perform research-based activities with EL students, and
critically reflect on teaching experience with students.
