ART 450 - Advanced Drawing Description: Further development of skills in drawing with emphasis on building a cohesive body of work. Class meets five hours per week. May be repeated up to 16 credits.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: ART 350; or instructor permission.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Create a cohesive body of work that communicates advanced concepts in drawing
- Articulate complex ideas regarding advanced concepts in drawing
- Use correct vocabulary to communicate theoretical concepts of drawing
- Create artwork using drawing media and techniques that are appropriate for the chosen project
- Analyze various contemporary artists whose work is primarily based in drawing media
