ART 380A - Intermediate Sculpture: Digital Fabrication Description: A continuation of the studio experience of sculpture, emphasizing the development of the digital fabrication tools and techniques such as 3D modeling, scanning and printing, and laser cutting. Class meets five hours per week.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: ART 280.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Understand the history, current issues, and direction of the artistic discipline
- Use the technology and equipment of the artistic discipline
- Create artwork that demonstrates perceptual acuity, conceptual understanding, and technical skill
- Analyze and evaluate works of art in the artistic discipline
- Produce artworks demonstrating technical skill and disciplinary knowledge
- Participate in critiques of own work and work of others
