ADMG 371 - IT Administrative Management Description: Covers concepts and skills related to administrative management in various IT organizational settings, including projects and operations.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- apply the principles of IT administrative management to common organizational scenarios,
- apply problem-solving skills and techniques to address IT challenges and improve organizational and individual performance,
- design effective programs for IT employee orientation, selection, motivation, and salary administration,
- comply with government regulations and ethical standards in the IT employment process and labor-management relations,
- communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders in a professional environment, and
- evaluate technology tools and applications to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
