ADMG 371 - IT Administrative Management

Covers concepts and skills related to administrative management in various IT organizational settings, including  projects and operations.

Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • apply the principles of IT administrative management to common organizational scenarios,
  • apply problem-solving skills and techniques to address IT challenges and improve organizational and individual performance,
  • design effective programs for IT employee orientation, selection, motivation, and salary administration,
  • comply with government regulations and ethical standards in the IT employment process and labor-management relations,
  • communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders in a professional environment, and
  • evaluate technology tools and applications to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
