MUS 105 - Introduction to World Music

Description:
There exists a vast variety of music cultures in throughout the world determined by different life contexts and aesthetics. This class will emphasize the uniqueness of each of these music cultures as well as the cultural, societal, and religious forces that shaped them. This course will involve extensive listening, watching reading, and the regular use of clicker devices.
