RTE 380 - Supervision in the Hospitality Industry (On reserve as of 9/16/15)


Description:
This is a broad based course on the role and functions of a supervisor. It presents strategies for supervising programs, facilities, and especially personnel. Case studies are used to practice supervisory skill development. Put on reserve as of 9/16/15. Will go inactive 8/24/18. Formerly RT 380, students may not receive credit for both.

Prerequisites:
Prerequisite: junior standing or above.
