Public Relations Major

All organizations require individuals who must effectively communicate with various internal and external publics. Organization representatives must communicate accurate information on internal operations that affect these publics. Such persons must be able to speak persuasively to groups, be familiar with research methods, monitor public attitudes and concerns, and create a variety of publicity and promotional materials. Public relations professionals also create internal communication programs for organization management, employees and key stakeholders.
