The economics I minor introduces College of Business majors to analytical skills used to understand how consumers, companies, and governments make economic decisions. It is complimentary to all business fields. Students learn principles of microeconomics and macroeconomics, and can choose electives in a variety of fields including monetary economics, behavioral economics, environmental and energy economics, labor economics, public finance, sports economics, international economics, etc.
Admission Requirements
Admission to a College of Business major.
Graduation Requirements
Students must earn a cumulative grade point average of 2.25 in courses allowed in fulfilling the economics I minor requirements.
