AVP 421 - Aircraft Systems- Turbojet Description: Introduction to and familiarization with transport category aircraft systems.
Prerequisites: Prerequisites: AVP 221 and AVP 305.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Summarize and explain the theory of turbine engine operation.
- Summarize and explain aircraft turbine engine design and construction, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Compare and contrast turbine engine performance and operation with high-performance reciprocal engine performance and operation.
- Discuss and analyze turbine aircraft instrumentation, including advance avionics and autopilot systems.
