FILM 452 - Applied Studio Production

Description:
Assist in producing newscasts, public affairs, and/or entertainment programs for Ellensburg Community Television, and KCWU-TV. May be repeated up to 6 credits. Formerly COM 452; students may not receive credit for both.

Prerequisites:
Prerequisite: FILM 350.

Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Prepare and manage all necessary aspects of a live television production
Set up television studio lighting and audio schemes according to professional standards
Evaluate a produced show so as to determine and explain whether professional standards have been achieved
