HRM 490 - Human Resources Management Internship Description: An individualized, contracted field experience with business, industry, government, or social service agencies focusing on human resources management related activities. This contractual arrangement involves a student learning plan, cooperating employer supervision, and faculty coordination. By department permission. May be repeated up to 20 credits. Grade will either be S or U.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: 2.8 or higher CWU cumulative gpa.
Credits: (1-12)
Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Apply learning in professional workplace environment
- Demonstrate professional behavior in the workplace
- Substantive discipline-based outcomes developed by individual students in consult with faculty advisor
