ACCT 607 - Certified Management Accountant Exam 2 Review Description: Review of budgeting, CVP analysis, product pricing, and ethical considerations in corporate accounting. These concepts correspond with the topics tested in the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Exam 2, commonly referred as the second CMA exam. Grade will either be S or U.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: admission to a graduate accounting program (MPA or certificate).

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Distinguish financial instruments, compute cost of capital, and recommend optimal capital budgeting compositions.
- Perform CVP analysis to advise on critical performance management decisions.
- Validate investments on the basis of cash flow analysis.
- Identify and resolve common ethical dilemmas faced by corporate accountants.
