ACCT 605 - Enrolled Agent Exam Review Description: Review of federal tax laws, tax procedure, and ethics in tax practice. These concepts correspond with the topics tested in the IRS Special Enrollment Examination (SEE), commonly referred to as the Enrolled Agent exam. Grade will either be S or U.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: admission to graduate tax certificate or MPA.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Apply federal tax laws to fact patterns common to individual taxpayers
- Evaluate the tax outcome of business decisions, transactions, and events
- Assess and interpret federal tax laws and procedural rules
- Examine the most common conflicts of interest and ethical dilemmas in tax practice
