Articulate the unique characteristics of educational organizations and the implications for educational leadership.
Analyze administrative practices from historical and theoretical perspectives and the implications for educational leadership.
Analyze various theories of human motivation and the implications for educational leadership.
Compare traditional and contemporary theories of leadership.
Evaluate various styles of leadership applied to educational settings.
Analyze the relationship between ethics and leadership.
Examine selected leadership processes: communication, decision making.
Examine selected current issues and their implications for educational leadership: diversity, school choice, academic integrity.
