Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Communicate and share their vision for the multiethnic community. Discuss the theorist multicultural education;
Compose short-answer responses or essays, the influence of family, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and social class in U.S. classrooms;
Analyze the theories of multicultural education;
Analyze essential principles for teaching and learning in a multicultural society;
Support the learning community in embracing diversity;
Evaluate these concepts diversity, ethnicity, multicultural education, cultural, discrimination, assimilation, acculturation, and equity.
