ACCT 562 - Corporate Law Description: This course provides an overview of the legal rules and principles governing the relations between managers, investors, and creditors in the business enterprise.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: admission to the Master of Professional Accountancy Program.

- Evaluate the structure of the corporate form;
