EDAD 586 - The Principalship Description: The administration of elementary, middle, junior high, and high schools. Covers common elements and those peculiar to specific levels.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate comprehension of the difference between management and leadership of an organization
- Demonstrate application of the challenges of leadership by identifying them and writing a plan to address these challenges
- Demonstrate how leadership impacts school culture by analyzing questions concerning leadership
- Demonstrate analysis of current research of best leadership practices by examining research of best practices by examining current research literature
- Demonstrate leadership for diverse groups by analyzing the needs of various constituencies in their community
