STP 505 - Reflective Teaching to Improve Student Success in STEM


Description:
STEM leaders will employ reflective teaching practices to develop a plan  using multiple forms of evidence to improve their learning environment design and teaching practices, responding proactively to student needs.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student/teacher candidate will be able to:

  • Hypothesize connections between reflective teaching practices and their impact on student learning. 
  • Collect evidence that can assess student needs and inform improvement to teaching.
  • Select student evidence to make proactive improvements to teaching based on student needs.
