Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop an interpersonal understanding of traits and skills on which they can craft their personal leadership styles.
- Conceptualize abstractly the application of such concepts and strategies to various types of sport organizations and personal situations.
- Enhance the ability to recognize specific leadership theory in behaviors exhibited in the context of sport.
- Recognize ethical issues/concerns and learn how to handle them as a sport leader.
