Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Develop an interpersonal understanding of traits and skills on which they can craft their personal leadership styles.
Conceptualize abstractly the application of such concepts and strategies to various types of sport organizations and personal situations.
Enhance the ability to recognize specific leadership theory in behaviors exhibited in the context of sport.
Recognize ethical issues/concerns and learn how to handle them as a sport leader.
