Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Analyze operating budgets, and assess how they can impact the sales process for sports entities and vice versa.
- Evaluate current sales techniques, philosophies and approaches, and summarize how these are utilized at various levels of the sports industry.
- Create sales/sponsorship materials that could be utilized for sports entities at various levels of sport.
- Implement current customer experience/service techniques, philosophies and approaches at various levels of sport.
- Collect and evaluate information with regard to a wide variety of sports sale/sponsorship and customer experience/service issues.
