Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Summarize critical past issues within the history of intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics.
Assess the effects certain issues have on the administration of athletic programs.
Research, collect, and discuss various issues at the state and national levels for intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics.
Identify, define, and discuss the responsibilities athletic directors have in managing current issues.
Survey, discuss, and summarize ideas for successful management of issues in athletics.
Predict issues that will arise over the next ten years based on contemporary issues witnessed today.
Propose solutions for dealing with current issues in athletics.
