This course examines the roles and responsibilities of HR professionals in strategic performance management, a means to maximize productivity and retention. Topics include performance assessment, talent development, succession planning, and change management.”

Prerequisite: admission to the Graduate Professional Human Resource Management Certificate, or by department permission.
