Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of major information technology components: hardware, software, networks, and data
Describe in detail the capabilities of three categories of software applications: enterprise systems, managerial support systems, and e-business systems
Discuss and describe the process of designing or selecting, implementing, and supporting the utilization of software applications
Describe and discuss effective methods for planning, provisioning, and implementation of information technology resources
