PSY 565 - Advanced Animal Behavior


Description:
Advanced knowledge in the study of animal behavior. Three-hour lecture, two-hour laboratory, one-hour independent study per week. PSY 565, BIOL 465 and BIOL 565 are cross-listed courses; students may not receive credit for both.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Integrate knowledge from many other biological disciplines.
  • Further develop their critical thinking skills.
  • Incorporate their knowledge of animal behavior into their critical thinking skills.
  • Incorporate their knowledge of animal behavior in their research project.
  • Interact with students from various background and be encouraged to extensively exchange information with students with different training backgrounds.
