HPE 547 - Healthy Living for Athletes, Coaches, and Administrators (Put on reserve 9/16/19) Description: Provides insights and ameliorations for the effects of the stressful lifestyle of athletes, coaches, and athletic department administrators. Students will develop a handbook of information, stress identifier exercises, and lifestyle adjustment techniques. May be repeated up to six credits. (Put on reserve 9/16/19, will go inactive 8/24/22)

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- List and explain sources of stress in the life of athletes, coaches, and administrative staff.
- List and explain the unique stressors associated participation and employment in athletics.
- Discuss typical stressors and common stress related symptoms associated with sports and athletics.
- Explain and discuss university and community resources to aide universities employees cope with stress life styles.
- Describe and discuss the organizational structure of a collegiate athletic department and related stressors.
- List and discuss physical and emotional effects of an unbalanced life style.
