Evaluate communication and managerial skills important in athletic administration.
Propose strategies for managing change, conflict and stress.
Practice, and evaluate the effects of different motivation techniques.
Write a fiscal-year budget for an athletic department.
Design performance appraisals and reward systems for coaches.
