PEF 110 - Conditioning Exercises Description: Course may be repeated up to 12 times for a maximum of 12 credits starting Spring 2016. Past repetitions will remain as coded.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Exhibit knowledge of the principles of physical conditioning.
- Perform exercise routines that lead to enhanced physical conditioning.
- Incorporate to their cognitive understanding the role nutrition plays in attaining and maintaining good physical condition.
