Description:
Instruction available in performance areas A-H and K. May be repeated for credit.

Prerequisites:
Prerequisite: MUS 264 (A-H, and K) in appropriated applied area.

Learner Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Demonstrate musicianship through the artistic mastery of the instrument.
  • Acquire intermediate pedagogical knowledge of the instrument.
  • Demonstrate intermediate/advanced proficiency in rhythm, sight-reading, and style.
  • Acquire knowledge and develop intermediate/advanced performance ability through the study of basic literature of the instrument appropriate to the level of study.
