GEOL 484 - Geochronology Description: Principles, analytical methods, and interpretation of several of the most widely applied geochronological methods. Computer-based data analysis of problems in igneous and metamorphic petrology, structural geology, sedimentary geology, geomorphology, paleoseismology, and planetary science. GEOL 484 and GEOL 584 are layered courses; students may not receive credit for both.
Prerequisites: Prerequisites: MATH 172 and GEOL 346 or permission of the instructor.
