IET 455 - Engineering Project Management

Description:
Project-based synthesis used in engineering project management. Topics; bidding, contract management, scheduling, cost estimating and control, logistics, conflict management, team building, negotiating, and risk assessment. IET 455 and IET 555 are layered course; students may not receive credit for both.
