Description:
The British Isles from Roman times to the conclusion of the Seven Years War. Course will cover the rise of the English monarchy, the Renaissance and Reformation in England, and the beginnings of the British Empire. HIST 422 and HIST 522 are layered course; students may not receive credit for both.
