EDSE 310 - Introduction to Special Education

Description:
Designed to introduce prospective teachers to the legal requirements of special education including eligibility, programming, and instruction. Skills necessary for collaborative relationships in the multidisciplinary team process will also be emphasized.

Prerequisites & Notes:
Prerequisites: conditional or full admission to the Teacher Preparation Program, and junior or senior class standing.

Credits: (4)

Notes:
Prerequisite to a special education course of study.
