Description:
Project based systhesis used in engineering project management. Topics; bidding, contract management, scheduling, cost estimating and control, logistics, conflict management, team building, negotiating and risk assessment.

Prerequisites & Notes:
Prerequisite, permission of the instructor. IET 455 and IET 555 are equivalent courses. Students may not receive credit for both. Instructor consent should be based on student industrial experience and education.
