Required Courses

Music Core Requirements for this degree include the following:

1. MUS 341, Conducting I, is not required in this degree.
2. 12 credits of Ensemble includes minimum of 6 credits of Large Ensemble and 6 credits of either MUS 210/410, Jazz Choir or MUS 232/432, Big Band.
3. 12 credits of Applied Music includes a minimum of 6 credits of MUS 164 with successful Jury up to 264, and 6 credits of MUS 371, Applied Jazz.
