This major requires a minor and is open only to students pursuing a teaching certificate. Students taking this major are required to complete the Professional Education Program and any certification/endorsement required by teacher certification. Of the 17 elective credits, students must complete at least 4 approved elective credits in Russian language courses and at least 4 approved elective credits in Russian literature or culture courses. Study abroad is required for this major.
