ADMG 689 - Capstone Written Project Description: Serves as a means to distill the recurring themes and issues presented throughout the graduate program and creates a product that will contribute to the solution of real-world problems and concerns administrative management. Grade will either be S or U.
Prerequisites: Co- or prerequisites: ADMG 501 and ADMG 525.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Synthesize the knowledge and skills acquired in their courses to analyze a specific problem or issue.
- Apply their academic experience to areas of personal interest, working with new ideas, issues, organizations, and individuals.
- Apply their research skills and demonstrate their proficiency in written and/or oral communication skills.
- Create a final capstone written project in preparation for the thesis, project, or practicum.
- Demonstrate their achievement of the ITAM program of study outcomes and their ability to extend and refine this knowledge and skill in the realization of their personal and professional goals.
