Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the cultural and racial differences among various Latinx groups in the United States.
Compare and contrast the unique historical experiences of the Latinx groups in the United States.
Analyze the preexisting attitudes, behaviors, and institutional structures that influence the conception (social construction) and treatment (discrimination) of Latinx groups in the United States.
Distinguish and analyze the contributions of the Latinx groups to the United States.
